Our Business Launch Package has everything you will need—brand discovery, visual identity, design assets, website design & build, plus training and one-on-one support with a dedicated project manager and designer!
We can also provide ongoing creative services after your business is launched through our Creative Services Retainer. You get to focus on running YOUR business, while we focus on your digital marketing and creative needs. We implement and manage everything. This package is billed out monthly.
Includes up to 10 hours per month of design and development work for any of our creative services. We have larger plans available.
Step 1: Team Introduction
After agreement is signed and a deposit has been paid, we will introduce you to your project manager. You will also receive a link to Google Drive, where your entire project will be managed and all files housed. All project communication, reviews and approvals will take place via email, phone call, and/or Zoom.
Step 2: Discovery Guide
This discovery involves learning about your company, your brand, and the objectives of the project. The insights gained from this brief will enable us to create a design that is strategic, well thought out, and will ultimately help with the success of your business. It is also designed to help steer you towards creating something that not only you will like, but something that will resonate with your prospective audience.
Step 3: Ideation & Design
Utilizing the Creative Brief, our designers will develop a strategic marketing plan to help build intuitive, meaningful and visually appealing designs that trigger action and drive results.
Step 4: Logo/Design Reveal
Once designs are completed, they will be reviewed internally by our creative director and refined accordingly before officially being presented to you. Several revisions may take place after the first reveal.
Step 5: Deliver
Once the final logo or design is approved, the artwork will be delivered to you via Dropbox, that will include all variations and file formats and released to you upon final payment.
Step 3: Content Creation
Before we start developing your website we must first acquire the content that will be used to populate the site. A content checklist can be found in your Google Drive to help guide you through the process and items needed.
Step 4: Ideation & Design
Utilizing the Creative Brief, our designers will create an intuitive, meaningful and visually appealing design that triggers action and drives results. Once the custom website design concept(s) are completed, they will be reviewed internally by our creative director and refined accordingly before officially being presented to you. Several revisions may take place after the first reveal.
Step 5: Website Development
After the design is approved, development begins. Either we have agreed to help with copywriting and finding stock photos, or it is your responsibility to add all content and images to the Google Drive folder, for us to use on your website.
Step 6: Website Launch & Training
Once the new website is approved, and all edits have been made, we will set a launch date and then point your domain to the new website. After the website has launched, our team will provide anywhere from 15 minutes to 1 hour of training for editing your new website (depending on the size of the site).
Step 3: Pre-production Planning
Utilizing the completed Discovery notes, our team will develop a plan to efficiently and effectively utilize the strategy behind the video to create maximum ROI. We then build a creative brief and mood board for your approval.
Step 4: Post Production
Once filming is completed, rough sequences will be edited together for a first-take video export. These will be reviewed internally by our art director and refined accordingly before officially being presented to you. Editing a script at this stage may require reshooting, additional footage or voiceover recordings.
Step 4: Production & Filming
With pre-production planning and approval completed, filming takes place. A shoot is scheduled, the necessary personnel and equipment are coordinated, and everyone agrees on the call list (shot schedule). We ask you to provide an on-site representative during filming to ensure the product, service or process is captured accurately.
Step 5: Production & Filming
After all elements have been recorded and filmed, the final edited video will be exported and sent to you to review via Vimeo. Here you can easily provide feedback and edits at specific timestamps. If there are any new ideas that create additional and/or timely video revisions, this will require a cost change order. Once approved, the final video will be delivered to you via Vimeo download and released to you upon final payment.

How much does the package cost?
The Business Launch Package starts at $5000, but final pricing will depend on what exactly you need from us. The price will include everything you need from brand discovery, visual identity, design assets, website design & build, plus training and support from our team.
We ask for 50% down and 50% before launch. But we can also setup a creative retainer where we can offer monthly payments and help with ANY creative service needs over the year—website, branding, videography and more.
Can I customize the package?
While we carefully put together the Business Launch Package with you in mind, we understand each business has very unique needs. We are happy to customize the brand launch package to reflect that too. If you need extras like a promo video, product packaging or other branding assets, we are here for you!
When can we start? How long is the process?
As soon as the agreement is signed and the deposit is paid (50% down), the project can begin While our availability varies throughout the year, our turnaround usually takes 4-8 weeks.
What would you need from me? How involved am I in the process?
The Brand Launch Package is truly a collaborative process between you and your dedicated project manager. We ask that you share as much information about your business as possible by completing our brand discovery guide. This will kickstart the project so we can dive deep into understanding your business, your goals, your vision and devise the perfect creative roadmap! We want this journey to be enjoyable and promise to treat this process with honesty, openness and above all enthusiasm!

What platforms do you work with?
We work with Wix, WordPress, Shopify and BigCommerce, however, the Business Launch Package only includes Wix or WordPress. We can discuss what platform is right for you and your business and customize a plan from there.
