Formerly known as the YWCA Minot, the rebranded organization is now called Project BEE. Evolve helped in the strategy of the new name and development of the brand and website.
Project BEE helps community members who have suffered setbacks, preserve their sense of self-worth without fear of deprivation, so individuals and their families have access to housing, education and employment.
We started with a discovery session with the director and board members to align goals, audience, and challenges. We then strategized on renaming the organization, designing the brand, website, and stationery. A major challenge for the nonprofit was the confusion of the name YWCA with the YMCA. To be able to serve the community the most effectively, a strong brand needed to be established.
The YWCA board chose their new name, Project BEE, and the Evolve team took the concept and ran with it! The logo is classy, yet friendly, with a brand that can be used to attract potential donors in a warm, fun, welcoming way. The new website can be used as a strong marketing tool, since it has an attractive landing page for each service and audience. Along with these powerful marketing tools, Evolve Creative supplied them with a comprehensive marketing strategy meant to guide them in their efforts to grow and serve the community.
